Biography:

Mpho Dube is a Zimbabwean-Australian Registered Midwife, Registered Nurse, and Midwifery Lecturer at Charles Darwin University in Australia. She has extensive clinical experience in both Australia and Zimbabwe and coordinates and supports midwifery students during international placements. Mpho is passionate about global midwifery, women’s empowerment, and respectful maternity care. She completed her PhD in 2025, with research evaluating a dedicated midwifery group practice model for women from refugee backgrounds.
