Biography:

Zaire Sabb, PhD, FMRN, is a Clinical Herbalist, Functional Medicine Registered Nurse, Traditional Midwife, educator, and award-winning author focused on reproductive wellness, ancestral healing, and culturally rooted holistic care. She is the founder of Mystic Momma Herbals and specializes in women’s wellness, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and hormonal health. Zaire is the author of Herbal Harmony: A Comprehensive Guide to Using Herbs for Reproductive Health, recipient of the International Impact Book Award for Outstanding Literary Achievement. She also serves as Department Chair at the HPOC School of Herbalism, developing curriculum that preserves ancestral knowledge and prepares future holistic practitioners. Trained as a Traditional Midwife under Grand Midwife Nana Siti, Zaire repatriated to Ghana in 2024. As an Ifá practitioner and educator, she advocates for culturally grounded wellness education and greater access to holistic care for underserved communities.
