It’s almost time for GOLD Midwifery 2020! Our annual online conference is a highly-anticipated event for midwives around the world. With an incredible line-up of Expert Speakers and topics covering key areas of child and maternal health, this is an event you won’t want to miss!
GOLD Midwifery makes continuing education affordable, enjoyale, and accessible. Our online format brings together delegates and speakers from around the globe for an inspiring event filled with learning and connection. Join in live presentations to take full advantage of the interactive elements, and have your questions answered in live Q & A sessions. Presentation recordings make it easy to fit learning into your schedule and let you watch and re-watch presentations as many times as you want. Download speaker handouts, connect with delegates in our Facebook discussion group, and keep the learning going in our speaker-moderated forums.
GOLD Midwifery 2020 runs from February 3 to April 2. GOLD Annual Members enjoy an extra 3 weeks of viewing time as well as a 10% discount on registration for all GOLD conferences and events, including this one. Registration is now open, and extra discounts are available for students and groups of 5 or more.
This year’s conference brings you 14.5 hours of accredited education from top speakers. Opening Keynote Speaker Whapio Diane Bartlett, Independent Midwife gets the conference kicked off with her powerful and inspirational presentation “Conscious Caregiving Transforms the World” live on February 3. The main conference will be packed with information on topics including postpartum thyroiditis, burnout in midwives, handling family conflict, caring for queer and trans families, substance exposed infants, and more. We’ll finish up the live presentations on Feb 24 with Closing Keynote Speaker Evita Fernandez, FRCOG and “Birth Without Interventions”.
